Improved Data Dictionary Translations to preserve existing translation associations when a Base String is modified. If the renamed Base String doesn't collide with an existing data string, it's updated in place with its translations kept as they were. If it collides with an existing data string, users are prompted to choose whether to keep the existing translations or overwrite them with the renamed Base String's translations.
