Defining a service order job task note type

Service Order Job Task Note Types allow you to classify the notes logged against a service job task. By defining these note types, you ensure that communication is organized, easy to filter, and meaningful across all service orders. Use this module to build and maintain your library of task note types so they're readily available whenever a service job task requires documentation.

To define a Service Order Job Task Note Type:

1. Navigate to the Service Order Job Task Note Type form.
2. Check the Systems box.
3. Fill in the required fields.
4. Select Save.
