Categorizing Service Order Job Time Types allow you to classify and organize the types of time logged against a service order job, giving your team a consistent framework to select from when recording labor. By defining these categories upfront, you ensure that time is tracked accurately and reported in a meaningful way across all service order jobs.
To define the service order job time:
- Navigate to the Service Order Job Time Types form.
- Select the Add button from the form header.
- Check the System box.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Select Save.
