Defining a service order job

Defining a Service Order Job Type in advance streamlines the fulfillment process by giving your team a standardized set of options to select from, rather than creating new entries from scratch each time a job requires completion. Consistent job types ensure that orders are categorized accurately, routed correctly, and reported on uniformly.

To define a Service Order Job Type:

1. Navigate to the Service Order Job Type module.
2. Select the Add button from the form header.
3. Check the System box.
4. Fill in the fields.
5. Select Save.
