Creating a professional's region

A Professional's Region defines the geographic area in which a technician is based and operates. Assigning a region to a professional is an important step in organizing your workforce, as it allows the system to logically group technicians by location — making it easier to assign and schedule the right person for the right job based on proximity. 

To create a Professional's Region:

1. Navigate to the Professional Regions form.
2. Select the Add button.
3. Give the region a name by entering it in the field.
4. Select Save.
