- Added a Portal tab to the Customers form to activate portal access per customer.
- Added a Portal Users form allowing dealer administrators to create and manage dealer user accounts, assign roles, and send login invitations. Dealer users are automatically assigned the appropriate portal license and Flex IDP authentication on creation.
- Added a Teams form to control order visibility; dealer users can only see orders they created or that belong to a team they are part of.
- Added a Dealer Orders form providing a streamlined order entry experience for dealers, supporting direct product configuration through published catalogs, KIT file uploads with structured manufacturer validation, and notes and attachments, with each dealer order linked 1:1 to a corresponding Sales Order in Insight.
- Introduced an independent Dealer Orders workflow, allowing manufacturers to communicate simplified order status milestones to dealers without exposing internal manufacturing workflows. Documents are shared only when explicitly flagged as visible in the portal.
- Added the Create Dealer Order From Sales Order action, allowing manufacturers to make existing sales orders visible in the portal.
- Introduced a backend layer to filter and secure portal API access, ensuring dealer users can only interact with data relevant to their customer and orders.
