The Manual Containers frame is designed to group items into a single, scannable, entity. This can be used to reduce the number of times needed to scan individual items. Users can select from a predefined, customizable list of dimensioned container types like pallets or crates. These containers are often used for storage, shipping, and internal transfers.
Fields:

| Date | The date the container was created. |
| Description | Editable field used to name or identify the container. |
| Comment | Explanation of additional information included. |
Functions:
| Function | Description |
| F11 - New | Creates a new container |
| F3 - Delete | Deletes the current container Note: This function only deletes the parent container. It does not delete items that belong to the container. |
| F4 - Complete | Processes all CONCOMP Actions defined for the checkpoint and clears the current container from the form. |
| F7 - Cancel | Clears the current container from the form. |
| F10 - Actions | Opens the Select Action dialogue box for the currently selected row in the work list. |
Settings:
| Setting | Description |
| DisableUnloadScan | If true and the user scans an item that already exists in the current content tree, the item is not removed from the container. If false (default) and the user scans an item that already exists in the current content tree, the item is removed from the container. |
To create a manual container:
- Select the
icon.
- Edit the description (optional).
- Add a comment (optional).
- Select the container type.
- Scan ICN or CON to add them to the container.
When done, select the icon to complete the container. If successful, the fields will automatically be cleared.
To delete a manual container:
- Scan or manually enter the container ID.
- Select the
icon.
If successful, the fields will automatically be cleared.
