Rejecting a work order can serve to disposition items, specifically for make-to-order items. This process can be used in a multitude of ways related to quality, safety, and compliance. This will trigger the rework process after the rejection has been completed. The classification of the rejection, as well as what is to be done with the item afterwards, are customizable. The rejection frame can be used as a standalone frame, or it can be embedded as a pop-up in a work order frame.
Items can be rejected when they:
- Are damaged or incorrect.
- Do not meet standards.
- Contain mismatched labels or batch numbers.
- Are missing specifications, drawings, or instructions.
