You have the option to capture a Signature for Service Jobs. This could be used to acknowledge the receipt of good, or for approval purposes.
Within System Configuration > Browsers App > Attachments, you need to specify the Signature Type. This is the Attachment Type that will be assigned to the signature PNG when it is saved. You also need to specify the Signature Background Attachment Type, which is used to find, optionally, a predefined document that will be displayed, giving the user context for what they are signing. The predefined documents could be static documents saved on the job template, generated by status changes, or created by actions that could include additional data entry requirements.
Note: If these settings are not defined, the signature pad will be disabled.
