Accessible via a new toolbar button, this option opens a dialog that prompts users for all key details needed to generate a fully functional, navigable, and permissioned Web Form—no additional configuration required.

    Users can define:
    • Form Info: Code, Description, Icon, Navigation Group, and permitted User Group.
    • Edit Info: Main Data Source, First Tab Name, with optional Nav Key and Label.
    • Origins: Support for Status, Attributes, Notes, and Attachments setup.
    Once created, a confirmation dialog displays the new form's name, code, and ID.
    This feature significantly reduces the effort required to create standard-compliant, ready-to-launch Web Forms.

  • To simplify setup, licensing, and permission handling, Web User Organizations have been merged into Insight Users, eliminating the need to create and manage both entities separately. This unification provides a single point of configuration for web client access and user management.

    Key Changes:
    • User Name is now required and must be unique. It serves as the display name on the web, replacing the need for separate First/Last name fields.
    • A checkbox on the Users web form allows enabling organization-related tabs (e.g., Communication, Address, Notes, Attachments) for applicable users.
    • If multiple web users were linked to a single Insight user, they are cloned during upgrade to establish a one-to-one relationship using generated domain logins.
    • Existing Web User Organization logic remains accessible via the desktop for legacy compatibility and web service host support.
