FunctionDescription
F3-Find RMAOpens the Find RMA dialog box. Enter the RMA Order No or Customer code.
F4-RefreshRefreshes the contents of the grid with the latest available database information.
F7-ScrapThe system scraps the returned merchandise.
F9-RepairThe RMA item is returned to inventory, where it is treated as a single stock item and linked to the RMA order line. The RMA order line is processed, and the RMA item is allocated to it (see Order Line Instances > BOM > Allocations tab). When the top level MTO RMA item is scheduled and scanned on the shop floor, the MTS RMA item has an Issue inventory transaction that removes it from inventory.
F11-ReceiveThe system completes the disposition.
F12-RemakeThe system creates a new BOM for the RMA item, as if the item was being ordered and manufactured for the first time. The item can be scheduled and manufactured as a standard Replacement (RPL) type item.

  3. Decide which path the item will take by choosing an icon from the form header (Scrap, Repair, Receive, Remake).
