A Job Template is preconfigured collection of jobs that can be reused on various Service Orders. This process alleviates the burden of having to create the same jobs repetitively. To create a template, users need to first create a job that they need to replicate. Job templates are created from an existing list of Jobs that users wish to duplicate.
Users can select the icon to save it as a template. Once a template it saved, it can be applied to other service orders by selecting it in the drop-down menu and clicking the Apply Template button.
Note: Appling a template overrides existing jobs currently defined for the service order.
