The Service Management module assists in the creation, distribution, and scheduling of Service Orders. It allows users to manage both internal and external operations. The Service Management module provides an intuitive scheduling assistant, giving users the flexibility to assign equipment and professionals to the job.
Insight Service Management Includes:

- Scheduling service orders.
- Tracking labor, inventory, and completion dates.
- Signature based authorization.
Creating service orders.
From the Service Management module, users can create, update, and release Service Orders that relate to the maintenance and repair of assets. Service orders consist of jobs to help define the equipment, labor, and material needed to complete the work. When coupled with the Asset Management module, users can track Service Orders related to Assets. The Service Management module can also be used to support the customers sales process such as delivery, installation, and warranty.
Service orders incorporate the Status Workflow Model, which allows for tailoring of processes to enforce business processes, helping to support the lifecycle of the service order.

Insight provides easy to use a drag-and-drop interface, letting users manage the Job Events, Professionals, and Equipment needed.
Field Service module.
Professionals in the field have a window into the exact processes and procedures needed to complete the work. This provides consistency and transparency across different levels of an organization.
Once a service order has been scheduled, users of the field can view items, equipment, and tasks that are needed to complete the job. After a Service Order is completed, users can confirm the work by adding signatures to the Service Order.
