Shipment summary

The Shipment Summary frame is a read-only summary, providing an overview of the shipment, its contents, and its load status.

Fields:

FieldDescription
ShipmentThe shipment tracking number (must start with SHP, followed by a number: SHPxxxx).
DescriptionDescription of the shipment.
TypeDescribes whether the shipment is being moved internally or to a customer's location.
StatusThe current state of where the shipment sits in the workflow.
Truck NumberDescription of the truck.
ModeIdentifies the method of transportation. 
Load DateLoading date.
Ship DateShipping date.

 

Functions:

FunctionDescription
F3 - Find ShipmentOpens the Find Shipment dialog box.
F5 - RefreshRefreshes the header and detail contents of the current shipment with the latest available data.
F7 - UnloadUnloads the selected item by removing it from the Loaded grid. This action sets the status of the item to the value defined for the fixed parameter UnloadedWorkOrderStatusValue associated with the stored procedure spAPP_utlRemoveitemFromShipment. Define the UnloadedWorkOrderStatusValue value in the Fixed Parameters column of the Checkpoints form's Tabs tab.
Note: Add the DisableUnloadScan Setting to prevent accidental unloading of items. When true, this Setting requires the user to manually select the item and click F7 to unload the item. 
F10 - Actions  Opens the Select Action dialog box for the currently selected row in the work list. 
F11 - LoadLoads the selected item(s) by moving them from the Selected grid to the Loaded grid. This action performs a progress update for each loaded item and sets the status of the item to the status of the current checkpoint. 

 

To select a shipment:

Scan or manually enter the Shipment ID.
Note: You can also search for a shipment by selecting the icon.

Once selected, the shipments information will be displayed in the form fields. 

Shipment details

Once a shipment is selected, the Shipment Details region will provide additional context to the shipment's information. You can view Work Order Details related to the item by selecting the item and clicking the icon.
