The inResponse Web Host service caches user information. If user information is changed, data can become stale and should be removed from the cache.
This is achieved by adding the Process Web User Configuration Changes Action on the Data Events form to the following data event objects:
- Organization Web User
- User Group Rights
- User Group Users
- Organization Web User Modules
The Action will be invoked when data in these object areas is updated or deleted.
