Assets can be taken in-and-out of service by changing the Asset Status to statuses associated with the firmed and failed milestones. Customized alerts can be sent to stakeholders once the asset status is changed. Service orders can also be created in response to a change in status.
This can be done through the Shop Floor frame, the Asset Status, used to aid an operator for this purpose. Users can choose from a list of available assets. This list defaults to the checkpoint's plant assets that can be optionally limited by the work center.
