NOTES: The instructions in this topic are for manual upgrades only. If you used the automatic method to run the SQL upgrade scripts and you upgraded your translation files, you do not need to import the glossary and translation files again.
You must have Microsoft Excel installed to use the import feature.
You can import the U.S. English glossary and form translations provided in the distribution media as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
To import the glossary and form translations files:
- Open the previous version of Insight.
- Open the Glossary form.
- Click the Overwrite button

- Locate the distribution media Glossary.xls file and click Open. The import might take several minutes.
- Open the Form Overrides form.
- Click the Overwrite button
- Locate the distribution media Translations.xls file and click Open. The import might take several minutes.
- In the main menu of Insight, select View > Language > English.
NOTE: You must exit and restart Insight to view the translations.
