Insight requires a SQL Login for the network domain group of Insight Users that grants them access to the Insight database.
To verify the Insight Users SQL Login:
- Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- On the SQL Server where the Insight database resides, navigate to Security > Logins.
- Expand the Logins tree and double-click Insight Users.
- On the Login Properties for Insight Users > User Mapping page, verify that the Insight Users and Inresponse Users logins have appropriate access, as described in Create User Domain Group SQL Logins.
