Settings specify the paths that are required by Insight. Complete the following steps to set up Insight paths:
- Open the Insight client.
- Open the System Configuration form in the System Setup group.
- Select the System > Inresponse tab.
- In the Global Value field of the Temporary File Storage Path Setting, enter the full path name of the Email Attachments folder as configured in your system, as shown in the following example.
- Close the System Configuration form.
