The Business Intelligence module lets you create robust Dashboards. By transforming live data into intuitive charts, users can enhance the visual quality of data within Insight. Dashboards can also be used on the shop floor, to see the results of productivity and how they're they are reflected in real time.
Dashboards can be used to track key performance metrics and trends, letting you visualize data in a more efficient way. Once a dashboard has been created, you can display them in Slideshows.
Dashboard layouts, components, and templates.
Dashboard Layouts are a visualization of one or more Dashboard Components. Dashboards components are the specific charts and metrics used to visually represent your data. You can choose from an array of predefined Dashboard Components or create your own. Insight provides a range of visual elements that can be used to enhance or adjust the display of your data.
Access can be granted by assigning a User Groups to the Dashboard Components. This lets you keep the integrity of your data by providing access to the appropriate group of individuals.
Users can customize their homepage with a dashboard layout to display relevant information for their work when they log in.
Once a dashboard has been created, you can assign the layout to a Dashboard Template. These templates can then be shared with other users, to create their own layouts. It can also be used to enhance forms by associating templates as tabs directly in the form, contextually bound to the record you are focused on.
