After completing the client installation steps, you can run setup.exe to maintain the Insight client.
Reasons to maintain the client:
- To add Inresponse and new or updated prerequisites
- To repair installation errors
- To change setup options
- To add or remove clients
Program maintenance steps
- Download the installation media.
- From the Client Applications folder, run the setup.exe installation program.
- In the Welcome dialog box, click Next.
- In the Program Maintenance dialog box, select the task that you want to perform.
NOTE: You can run only one maintenance task at a time. Run setup.exe again to perform additional maintenance tasks.
- Click Next.
- Follow the instructions to complete the selected task.
