Items that are used to fix or perform maintenance on an asset, can be stored in the Asset Form. This serves as a reference point for maintenance personnel who require access to these items.
Through the Tabs Panel, users can view these items which contain specific information. Each item number is recorded within the system and paired with an item description. While the item number is static, users can customize the item description to identify the needs of its use.
Users can also manage item quantities from within this form. If a new item needs to be added to the form, users can do so from the drop-down window in the item tab. If an item needs me subtracted, or its information needs to be edited, users can also perform this action by selecting the icon.
