To uninstall a hosting service
NOTE: The default deployment directory is a subdirectory of the service configuration directory and will be deleted when the service is uninstalled. We recommend copying the contents of the deployment directory to another location before uninstalling the service if you want to keep the web service implementations and configuration.
- Open the Inresponse Service Manager.
- Select the Service Type Webservice host.
- In the results grid, select the service to be uninstalled.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click OK to confirm. The system displays a command shell window as it uninstalls the service.
- When prompted, press Enter. The Inresponse Service Manager appears.
NOTE: The system removes the registration of the service in the Insight database and deletes the Windows service.
