TIPS: Prior to upgrading Insight databases and applications, you must stop and uninstall all Inresponse services, if installed.
If you are running Inresponse instances but not the Inresponse Service Manager, this step is not necessary.
To stop Inresponse services:
- Open Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Locate and select the Inresponse service name.
- Right-click and select Stop from the drop-down menu.
- Delete Inresponse services (4.1 and later)
